 Wimba Support
Faculty members needing assistance with Wimba Classroom or Wimba Voice, please email WimbaHelp@uams.edu.
Students that are having problems with Wimba Archives:
- First, contact your instructor. Sometimes issues impact the entire class and may be related to instructor settings which need to be changed.
- If there is no resolution, then a student can call the UAMS IT Helpdesk at 686-8555. They know of issues that are impacting the system and can therefore determine whether it is a UAMS issue or a vender issue.
- If there is still no resolution, then students may email WimbaHelp@uams.edu or contact Sarah Crawley at 526-4848.
