Audiovisual Services - Distribution

Audio Visual Support delivers teaching equipment to classrooms in the Education II and College of Public Health buildings. Equipment will be delivered, set up and tested in classrooms, conference rooms, lecture halls & laboratories by AV personnel during the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Other areas in the Education Buildings are serviced during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

There are several rooms on campus not in the Education Buildings that are supported by AV. Delivery to these rooms is during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Delivery of teaching equipment in the Biomedical Research I and II, COA, JTSSNI, and ACRC building classrooms is available. Equipment will be retrieved by Audio Visual Support staff at the conclusion of the event.
