Room Scheduling Form

Rooms are available for group sizes up to 200. Audio/Visual equipment is available for all classrooms and can be set up in the room by our AV staff. Rooms are located in the Education Building II, College of Public Health (COPH), Biomedical Research Centers I and II, Center on Aging (COA) and Arkansas Cancer Research Center (ACRC) buildings.

Room Scheduling is located in room 8-145 of the Education Two Building. Please call 686-5575 for assistance. Kerry Halliburton-Thomas is the Scheduling Coordinator, however, anyone in the office can help you with your room scheduling needs.

If your event is a recurring weekly or monthly meeting, we will need to know what day(s) of the week or month the event occurs. Be sure to include the beginning date and the last date of the event.

Scheduling priority is given to curriculum courses.
