Points Sheet
Preparation of the POINTS Sheet:
If POINTS sheet is not submitted, all items correctly answered receive a score of
1 point. Do not submit a POINTS sheet for tests scored using Option 2 (Special
Score Entry only). If a POINTS sheet is included, any item left blank is assumed
to have a value of 1 point. Thus, only those items which are to be assigned
a value of more than 1 point need to be filled out.
Five places in which to make a mark (ABCDE), so you should use a combination of
these 5 letters indicating values of up to 30 points. Therefore a system of
multiple marks is used, as indicated below.
On the POINTS control sheet, the OTS course number must be filled in, the initials
must read "POI", and the ID must be 999999998. This may already be printed
if you requested pre-printed exam sheets.
