Objective Test Scoring and Performance Rating
OTS/PR
Academic Computing is responsible for the operation and technical support of the
Objective Test Scoring and Performance Rating (OTS/PR) system, commonly referred
to as OTS. The system provides capabilities for preparation, scanning, and scoring
of “bubble” forms used for exams and student evaluations. OTS also maintains a rudimentary
gradebook of assessment scores.
The OTS/PR service hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The service
is closed on normal UAMS holidays. Request for use of the system and preparation
of forms and exams and ratings to be scored should be delivered to the Academic
Computing office, Ed 2, 8/147. If forms to be scored are delivered prior to 4:00pm
the scored results will ordinarily be available the morning of the next work day. If you have not been informed that the results are ready you may call the
OTS/PR Coordinator, Marilyn Walderns, at 686-5477 to ensure that they are ready before coming
by to pick them up. If she is unavailable contact Chuck Desjardin
