Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Click here to find more detailed information under the Catering Policies and Services section in the UAMS Catering Guide.
 
Last Minute Orders:
* Any order placed within 2 business days of the event start time will receive a late fee of $25.00 to $250.00.  Any event over $250.00 will be charged 10% of food revenue.  
Confirmations:
* You will receive an e-mail confirming only your event information upon order submission. Please check the Catering Calendar to verify that your order has been received and is scheduled.  
Cancellations:
* If you cancel your event within 2 business days before the event date, you will be charged for anticipated food cost, any additional staffing required, equipment and linen rental. The Catering Department reserves the right to refuse service if business levels are over extended to where we cannot provide required level of service.  
Guarantees:
* Final guarantee is to be given 2 business days prior to the event.
* If no guarantee is received, you will be billed for Agreed Attendance.
* You will be billed for guarantee number if a lesser number of people attend.
* If you have additions within the 2 business day time period, you will be charged 25% of the food price in addition to the per person price for each additional person.
 
Additional Items:

* Rental fees will be charged for any equipment used that does not accompany a food order.
* Any additional staffing, equipment rental or special linen requests will be ordered at your expense.
* Your department will be charged for any non-disposable unreturned equipment at our replacement cost including, but not limited to, hard plastic serving ware.

COLD PLATES AND SALADS MENU

All cold plate selections are served on a bed of crisp lettuce and include bread sticks, or crackers, tea or coffee.

All salads include paper goods, a packet of dressing, two packages of crackers and your choice of iced tea or lemonaide. Canned soft drinks may be substituted upon request for an additional $.50 per person.

BOXED LUNCHES AND SANDWICHES

All boxed lunches include wrapped cutlery and iced tea or lemonade. Canned sodas may be substituted upon request at an additional cost of $0.50 per person. You may choose between either pasta salad, fresh fruit cup, potato salad or chips for your side item and one cookie or fudge brownie for your dessert. You may upgrade your side item to our Tortellini Pasta Salad for an additional $1.00 per person and your dessert to Lemon Bar or Fudge Brownie for an additional $1.00 per person.

Southwest Chicken Wrap can be changed into a vegetarian option.
