We understand that placing an order can be both tedious and confusing. Please feel free to call our staff if you have questions. Otherwise, you may look over the Ordering Guidelines. Please review our Policies & Procedures to ensure an understanding of our charges. If you are not comfortable with electronic paperwork, you can complete a paper version of the Order Form and send it to us via fax or interdepartmental mail. Our staff is dedicated to making sure your function goes as smoothly as possible.

Bulk Orders
We have a variety of items available to purchase in bulk. This includes coffee,
tea, creamer, sugar, sugar substitute, plastic utensils, paper products, soft drinks and snack supplies.
Event Planning
Let us help plan your event! We can maximize your budget to get the most
“bang” for your buck. We will provide first rate service and top notch cuisine, which is both delectable as well as visually appealing. We want you to enjoy your culinary experience when you use our services and be proud that you used UAMS Catering. We want you to relax while your event is taking place knowing all the details of your event will go smoothly.
Menu Creation
Feel free to look over our current Menus. If you review our current menus and
don’t find what you are looking for, contact the Catering Manager, Jennifer Conrad. A specific menu can be created based upon your needs in demographics, budget and time frame.
Let’s get cooking!
When your order is submitted, it will be logged into the Catering Calendar. Please allow a few hours for it to be entered. If you do not see your event on the calendar, we have not received your order. The Catering Department does reserve the right to refuse service if business levels dictate the staff will be unable to provide an adequate level of service.
