Clinical Care Assistant (CCA) positions are utilized for students who are actively
pursuing registered nurse education. It is the responsibility of the CCA to advise the
Clinical Services Manager immediately upon termination of his/her formal enrollment in a
nursing program. Other policies are outlined below:
- Each CCA will issue a copy of his/her registration form, transcript, grade report, or a
letter verifying current enrollment in a Nursing Program to the Clinical Services Manager
no later than two weeks following employment.
- At the end of each semester, each CCA must provide a copy of semester grade
report, transcript, registration form, or a letter
verifying successful completion of the courses within four (4) weeks in order to continue
employment.
- If the CCA does not provide the necessary information by the specified deadlines, the
CCA will be terminated from employment.
