Each 15 minutes or part thereof of any tardiness will be recorded as 15 minutes of unpaid time for payroll purposes.

Each episode of tardiness is recorded as a one-half unapproved absence. Chronic tardiness is cause for progressive disciplinary action. An employee who is going to be late notifies the nursing unit or follows unit policy.  The employee shall provide an estimated time of arrival to the unit.
