Note: The
interactive counter will display only if you have Microsoft Internet
Explorer browser 4.01 or later and Microsoft Office Components
installed. Microsoft Office Components are installed with
Office 2000 or later.
Instructions:
Enter your food in the appropriate section, breakfast, lunch, dinner
or snacks. You may enter the amount of calories in the "#
of Calories" column on the far right side of the table, or you
may enter the number of Servings and the number of calories per
serving, and the "# of Calories" column will automatically
calculate the total calories for you. At the bottom of the
table, you can find your daily total. You may enter the date
in the field to the right of the Date field below.
If you would like to keep the data you have entered, the simplest
way is to print the page. You may also click on the
"Export to Excel" icon that appears in the top of the
toolbar. The "Export to Excel" icon looks like an
"X" with a pencil next to it. You may then name and
save the Excel file. This can be helpful for when you wish to
track a number of days of diet diary information.
