The Business Planning & Development Division evaluates the hospital’s position in the areas of business assessments, planning, and new technologies.

This division analyzes internal operations and the market to assess the financial viability of new or expanded services.  These analyses are submitted to and sponsored by the Clinical Enterprise Council.

This division also performs market, reimbursement and financial analyses on proposed new clinical technologies to assess the impact to the hospital.  These projects are submitted to and sponsored by the Technology Assessment Committee.
