The Official Class of 2004 Bass Fishing Tournament

The Rules for The Official Class of 2004 Bass Fishing Tournament:

In order to enter the Official Class of 2004 Bass Fishing Tournament, you must pay an entry fee of no less than $25 to the webmaster. He will not take checks, but he will take your beer. You must provide your own boat. All fish must be alive upon weigh in. You must pay the $50 boat launching fee unless of course you don't have to pay it. There will be penalty of a one beer for every rule broken. First place gets $1000, Second place gets $500, and Third place gets $250. This prize money has been funded by the class of 2001 (we have decided to just tact it on to their combined debt; they probably won't even notice.)

Here is Keith with his first big fish of the day. This little turd tapper is a pumpkin a cross between somethin or other. He is proud of this one cuz it's sure to pay off big at the weigh in.

A double catch! Brian and Keith snag a small mouth bass and a snapping turtle. The turtle won't add much to Brian's total, but Keith's bass is a lunker.

Zac pulled in this bass on his Five Dollar lure. Other competitors did not think it was worth the five dollars at the start of the tourney, but they were quickly surprised when Zac started to reel in the big ones.

Brian gazes upon a nice size crappie. He seems awful tough in this competition with his cane pole, but can he hang in there with the big dogs? He has got a two pound handicap on account of the fact that he has gotta run the trollin motor, and that could make all the difference in the world.

As the day wore on, we just torn into them. They did not know what hit 'em. Keith was using a fly rod with crickets, Brian prefered his cane pole with minnows, and Zac liked his bass rod with his famous $5 lure. All in all it was a great day for bass fishing.
