UAMS Distribution Center

UAMS Support Services provides centralized purchasing, shipping and receiving, distribution services, contract administration and property management for the campus. Support Services consists of the administrative offices of Assistant Vice Chancellor for Support Services and four service departments: Contract Services, Distribution Services, Procurement Services and Property Services.

These departments form the infrastructure support for the entire UAMS Campus and include automation of the procurement process, supply chain optimization, asset tagging and tracking of all movable capital equipment, and an off-site distribution facility, the UAMS Distribution Center.

This building also houses the UAMS Police Department whose mission is to provide a crime-free environment through the efforts of a team of professional law enforcement officers working together with the campus community.

This building added 48,942 square feet to support the campus.
