Education Building III

Education Building III is the lower building to the left of Education Building II. A better picture can be seen in a 2002 photograph during the construction of the College of Public Health.

The dedication of the Education Building III marked the consolidation of teaching facilities (classrooms and laboratories) and the anatomy lab in one location on campus. The building design was such that it facilitated the philosophy of “centralized sharing” of facilities, teaching equipment and support personnel by all UAMS colleges. 

This building added 43,780 square feet to education.
