The Arkansas Cancer Research Center building was completed in 1989 as home to the ACRC’s patient care, education, research and outreach programs. The ACRC was established in 1984 as the primary cancer research institution in the state.
This building added 69,181 square feet to patient care, education, and research, which includes 19 labs. Phase I included the basement through the fourth floor. Phase II was completed in 1994 and included floors five though 11.
