Real Time Video Feeds

The following links open real time video views of construction at UAMS.

Video 1 is a view of the circular drive being built in front of the new
hospital entrance. The new drive will allow convenient patient drop offs and pick ups. It will lead to a tunnel entrance into the new parking deck.

Video 2 shows Hooper Drive, which has been converted from a two-lane street to a four-lane, divided boulevard. Two traffic circles also were built to improve the efficiency and safety.

Video 3 shows the front of the hospital expansion. The tunnel entrance to the new parking deck can be seen on the right. It will be in the middle of a circle drive. The new Psychiatric Research Institute building can be seen adjacent to the new hospital on the right.

Video 4 shows construction of the 12-floor Cancer Institute expansion on the other side of the sky bridge. A portion of the new hospital also can be seen on the right as it extends to the Outpatient Center.

Education West Construction Area
This shows construction of a new education building just west of Hooper Drive. The first floor of the Education West building will be finished in August 2008, with the second floor expected to be completed by October. The UAMS Residence Hall, which opened in 2006, can be seen on the other side of the Education West building.
