» Requirements for Admission to Advanced Studies in Occupational and Environmental Health

In addition to the documents and requirements for admission to the Graduate School of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the Occupational and Environmental Health Program requires the following for admission to the program for an advanced degree:

(Return all items to the Graduate School Office)

  1. Satisfactory performance on both aptitude and advanced sections of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). In exceptional cases, other scores may be accepted in lieu of the GRE scores. Official scores must be submitted by the office that administers the test.
  2. Three letters of recommendation evaluating academic and scientific potential as well as previous work experience.
  3. Letter from applicant describing reasons for pursuing graduate degree in Occupational and Environmental Health.
