Message from the Dean

Welcome to the UAMS Graduate School, the home of graduate programs in neurobiology and developmental sciences, biochemistry and molecular biology, interdisciplinary biomedical sciences, interdisciplinary toxicology, microbiology and immunology, pathology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, physiology and biophysics, occupational and environmental health, nursing science, clinical nutrition, genetic counseling, health systems research, health promotion and prevention research, and audiology and speech pathology.

We are proud of the excellent education we provide and the fascinating research we conduct. The UAMS Graduate School is one of the most exciting academic environments in Arkansas and the nerve center for some of the most innovative biomedical research in the nation.

Our affiliation with the Colleges of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Related Professions, and Public Health and the clinical centers at UAMS adds strength to our programs in the basic and clinical sciences and creates a remarkable network of opportunities for our graduate students.
