360 Global EvaluationWelcome to the 360 Global Evaluation Website which provides information regarding the effective assessment of residency education. In particular the 360 Global Evaluation provides a comprehensive approach as it draws on the observations and experiences of attending doctors, nurses, peers, other health care professionals and on self observation. The 360 is designed to measure resident performance in terms of social skills, professionalism, system-based practice and practice based learning.
