Personal Trainer

Travis Foreman, personal trainer
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health science with an emphasis in exercise science from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He has incorporated weight training as a lifestyle since he was 15 years old. He has also been involved in athletics and sports, which include baseball, soccer, swimming, and martial arts. Travis knows that fitness training is a challenge of both mind and body and it takes a commitment but "breaking through those initial barriers and making it a routine part of your life is the key." He has been a personal trainer in the Little Rock area for the past nine years and is certified through NFPT.

Jennifer Holder, group fitness instructor and personal trainer

Jennifer is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  She received her B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Jennifer has been training and teaching a variety of classes for the past eight years.  She incorporates exciting new techniques in her strength training and movement workouts, creating unique programs that are constructive, not destructive for her clients.  She believes that group exercise provides a fun, motivating, and encouraging environment to fulfill workout needs.  Jennifer is an outdoor sports enthusiast who loves to hike, mountain bike, canoe, golf and play kickball. She has her certifications through NETA and AFAA.

Alan Thompson, personal trainer

Alan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and received his degree in exercise science from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro.  Alan believes that variety is the spice of life and the same holds true for fitness.  Having a passion for fitness he stays abreast of all current fitness and exercise techniques and trends.  Using a variety of fresh, innovative and cutting-edge fitness techniques his clients are constantly making progress towards their fitness goals.  Alan's clientele is diversified consisting of collegiate athletes, post-therapy patients, the elderly, obese, and those with special needs.  He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys most outdoor activities.
