Membership in the fitness facility includes:

• CardioTheatre with 5 big screen TV's
• Stairmasters
• Treadmills
• Elliptical trainers
• Recumbent and upright stationary bicycles
• Strength-training machines
• Free weights including dumbbells
• Complete locker rooms with showers
• Group exercise classes including aerobics, yoga, sculpt, studio cycling and many others
• Special programs on nutrition and diet
• Access to personal trainers (additional fee)
• Orientation to all equipment and facilities
• Access to the Stephens Spine Center pool and the Center on Aging fitness center
