Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Abs:
An intense thirty-minutes of stretching, strengthening and conditioning of the
abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles. This core group of muscles is
essential for every day body movement and function. These exercises will be
performed to a wide variety of upbeat and fun music.
Butts & Guts:
A thirty minute class focusing on strengthening your core and
tightening your butt. This class is an energizing way to sculpt below the
waistline, while using the step, balance ball, dumbbells and resistance tubing.
Circuit:
Anything goes in this great head to toe interval workout. Challenge your heart,
increase your strength, and boost your energy level by working through different
1 minute stations with 30 seconds rest between stations.
Kickboxing:
This class gives you a kick-butt workout introducing different punches and
kicks. It helps to build strength, endurance, balance and it is an excellent
cardiovascular workout.
Sculpt Fusion:
A dynamic strength and conditioning class using hand weights, bands, and balls
to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength.
Simply Stretch:
Energize your midday with a no impact purely stretching class that will help you
to relieve morning stress. This class is designed to increase flexibility and
range of motion.
Sculpt Fusion:
This class blends the control of yoga, the attentiveness of
Pilates, and the muscle engagement of strength training with free weights to
develop a deeper degree of body awareness and strength.
Small Group:
An intense class that uses a variety of workout equipment, you’ll be sure to
leave worked! Strength, balance, and coordination are needed for this class.
Power
Yoga: This
style is a fitness based approach to yoga, with quick movements and more poses
to increase cardiovascular activity. Many poses will focus on gluts and abs
Yoga:
Bring rest and healing to both body and mind. Improve your health, posture and
attitude. Yoga allows one to develop strength, poise, and flexibility. Say
good-bye to the world during this stress busting class.
Yoga
Fusion:
Mind-body exercises will be fused with hand weights to challenge your mental and
physical strength and balance allowing you more movement freedom and exercise
challenges.
Power
Pump: is
strength training using an adjustable barbell weight set. It is a muscular
endurance workout blending light to moderate resistance training with high
repetitions, performed in a group setting to music.
