Abs: An intense thirty-minutes of stretching, strengthening and conditioning of the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles. This core group of muscles is essential for every day body movement and function. These exercises will be performed to a wide variety of upbeat and fun music.

Cardio Fusion: Sure to wake you up.  Enjoy combining different forms of cardio ranging from step aerobic, cycling, floor aerobics and more.  Ending with core conditioning and stretch.

Body Blitz Body Blitz is an intense 30 minute workout using a variety of training disciplines. Stability balls, jump ropes, resistance tubing, medicine balls, spinning bikes and dumbbells as well as agility drills will all be used to build strength and stamina, improve your cardio and help you shed body fat. Think of it as a cross between boot camp and athletic training! Classes will be fun but don’t expect pampering. If you are serious about getting into shape “Body Blitz” will get the job done.

Kickboxing: This class gives you a kick-butt workout introducing different punches and kicks. It helps to build strength, endurance, balance and it is an excellent cardiovascular workout.

Pilates: This class is designed to strength the deep muscles of the "powerhouse" or center of the body. The exercises have a prescribed number of repetitions to improve flexibility, coordination and balance.

Sculpt: A dynamic strength and conditioning class using hand weights, bands, and balls to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength.

Strictly Stretching: Energize your midday with a no impact purely stretching class that will help you to relieve morning stress.  This class is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion.

Spinergy:  All levels will enjoy this class that combines a little cardiovascular activity and upper body toning.  Spinergy will take you mentally through a ride of flat roads, smoother hills and speed work.  Allowing time to cool down and develop upper body strength.

Yoga: Bring rest and healing to both body and mind. Improve your health, posture and attitude. Yoga allows one to develop strength, poise, and flexibility. Say good-bye to the world during this stress busting class.

Spin-Fit:  A great indoor bike ride that promotes muscular and cardiovascular development that will enable you to feel stronger and go longer.  This is a fun class that is guaranteed to give you an excellent workout.

Boot Camp: This class is total body conditioning. No cutesy routines or counts to follow; it is all about getting the strength and agility needed to give you an overall better body. Get ready to be challenged.

Power Pump: is strength training using an adjustable barbell weight set.  It is a muscular endurance workout blending light to moderate resistance training with high repetitions, performed in a group setting to music.

Yoga for Balance:  Emphasizes using breathing, sound, touch, and movement in short time frames as "a daily health tune-up” and for stress relief. Improvement in balance is one of the major benefits of Yoga, and improved balance means not only sharp physical coordination but also balance between the left and right, front and back as well as high and low aspects of one's body.   At the end of this seven week practice, you will take with you the techniques of balance for applying those ideas in your everyday life.

Smooth Yoga: You'll learn ways to unwind the repetitive motion tension unconsciously held onto in your joints, muscles, & ligaments. This "minimizing of tenseness," is accomplished with concentrated exhalations (more natural inhalations) while slowly transitioning from one yoga pose to the next.  This yoga style is thus called: Vinyasa or Flowing Yoga. Each class "winds down" with guided imagery, deep relaxation, gentle massage, & a short meditation.

FIT:  Functional Interval Training.  In this power packed class, high intensity cardio intervals are combined with strength training exercises. A total body workout!
