Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness is designed for individuals who want fitness to be FUN. The group fitness schedule has a variety of classes to fit both your interest and fitness level. There are classes offered to target your total body and rev up your heart rate to help you tone a specific body part. You can also dive into group fitness with our wonderful water aerobics program. The water classes are designed to work on core strength, muscle balance and burn lots of calories. Whether you choose land or water you will be guaranteed a fun exercise experience.
