Welcome to the UAMS College of Medicine's Faculty Affairs Website. The  mission is to provide quality educational and professional development programs which serve to enhance the professional performance of faculty and physicians with the overall goal of improving quality of healthcare.

The Office of Faculty Affairs serves to provide a resource to faculty through such activities as faculty career development, faculty orientation, promotion and tenure guidance, recruitment and retention assistance, benchmarking data, and the development and interpretation of policies and procedures.
