Suggestion Program
    

At UAMS, we believe the talent of our employees is our most valuable resource. Through the Employee Suggestion program, we plan to tap into that knowledge, experience and expertise in order to produce positive change for UAMS, the community, the state, and most importantly, our patients and families.

The UAMS Employee Suggestion Program (ESP) is designed to stimulate, recognize, and reward innovative and creative ideas from employees to identify specific improvements, propose valid solutions and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of UAMS. Anticipated benefits of the ESP program are the capacity to promote employee-driven solutions; to encourage open communication of ideas; to maximize employee talents; and to reward employees for innovative solutions.

All UAMS employees are eligible to participate in the program. If a suggestion is accepted, the employee will receive a certificate of recognition and $100 dollars. An award of up to $5,000 dollars may be given for suggestions that result in a measurable financial impact to UAMS during the first year of implementation.
