Outlook 2003 Mailbox Limits!
What are the mailbox limits?
100 MB Warning Level
110 MB Prohibit Send
120 MB Prohibit Send and Receive
This means that once your mailbox reaches or exceeds 100 MB you will receive a warning that you have exceeded the mailbox limitation. When your mailbox reaches or exceeds 110 MB you will not be able to send any email. When your mailbox reaches 120 MB you will not be able to send mail and any mail sent to you will bounce back to the sender.
How do I check the size of my Mailbox?
Open Outlook, right click on Outlook today and go to Properties.
Click on the Folder Size button.
The Total Size figure is the total amount of space your mailbox is using on the Exchange server.
(Example: 44420 KB = 44.42 MB)
How do I arrange messages based on size in my Inbox?
Open your Inbox or any other folder that stores email messages.
Go to View >Arrange By > Size
Make sure Show in Groups (also on the Arrange By submenu) is selected.
