Q.    Can I log into my e-mail from any computer?

A.   Yes with the Web interface

Q.    Is there a limit to the number of items in the inbox or folder in Outlook?

A.     No item limit per inbox or folders.

Q.      Does Word 2003 have to be installed to use word as e-mail editor?

A.   Yes

Q.     Are the archive folder settings the same as in my previous version of outlook?

A.  Auto-archive will be off by default for new profiles. If there is an existing exchange profile on the machine, the old settings should migrate.

 

Q.     Will we have to sign up again with listservs that we are currently members of?

A.  We are going to keep both the old outlook address as well as the shortened version.  The listserves should find your address in all the formats for now.
