After salary based determined, following differentials
apply:
20% E/N/P
10% if work a shift on Saturday/Sunday
30% Weekend Option "A" shift
50% Weekend Option "P" shift
$2.00 Pool
25% Float Pool Differential
Weekend Option requires 12/16 hours worked between Friday
2:30P-Monday 7A (negotiated with Clinical Service Manager), includes full-time
benefits and allows for 2 weekends of sick/vacation per year.
New Graduates receive additional money upon completion
of probation (3 Months) based on nursing degree.
Yearly Reviews allow between 0-4% increase based upon
performance review.
