Laboratory and X-ray Results
Some test results will be mailed to you. We will call you when your test results require
starting or changing therapy. Your doctor may also ask you to call the phone nurse for the
results at a specific time. If laboratory work needs to be done before your next visit,
please schedule an appointment for lab work in advance.
Patient Educators
We make a special effort to explain everything to you regarding your condition, medicines,
treatment, etc. If you ever have questions, or if something is not clear to you, please do
not hesitate to ask. Our trained patient educators will work with your physician to give
you specific information about your condition.
Prescription Medicine
If your prescription needs to be refilled, we can call it in directly to your pharmacy.
You can have your prescription refilled at our pharmacy on campus or at your local
pharmacy. If you are unsure whether or not you have refills on a prescription, please
check with your pharmacist before calling our office. Prescriptions for narcotics cannot
be filled by telephone. A written prescription from your doctor is required for all
narcotics.
