Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on major holidays. Appointments are made until 4:30 Monday through Friday by calling 686-6560.

We know that your time is important to you, so we try our best to stay on schedule. Please assist us by arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to give the appointment time to someone else. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Parking is provided in the lot behind the Family Medical Center. You will need a token to exit the parking lot. Parking is $1.00. Parking in front of the building is reserved for handicapped parking only.
