Ruth Eudy, Ph.D.,
Associate Professor, has been a member of the
faculty in the Graduate Program in Health
Services Administration since 1999. Prior to
that, she taught at the Tulane School of Social
Work in New Orleans. She has taught Statistics
for Health Administrators, Managerial
Epidemiology, the Health Care System, Human
Resource Management in Health Service
Organizations in the HSAD program, the
Introduction to Public Health course in the
College of Public Health and Community Building
for Public Health and Leadership for the Tulane
School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine’s
Arkansas program. Her doctorate is from the
George Warren Brown School of Social Work at
Washington University in St. Louis. Her research
interests are in the areas of health policy for
persons with mental illness, the public health
implications of depression, and maternal and
child health policy.
