Reserving a Room and Requesting AV Equipment

Thank you for visiting the Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health Room and AV Reservations page.  This page is designed to facilitate room scheduling requests, audio-visual equipment checkout, and set-up for class and conference use in the College of Public Health building, floors 1, 2, and 3.  (For scheduling in other parts of the COPH building, please contact the Office of Academic Services at (501) 686-5575.)

Checkout of equipment is permitted for faculty and staff of UAMS and for the community partners of the College of Public Health.  Students must provide authorization by a College of Public Health faculty member who is willing to assume responsibility for the room and equipment before the reservation is permitted. 

Equipment may be checked out for multiple days.  However, priority of use is given to curriculum-dictated classes; therefore, room reservations and checked out equipment are subject to recall if class demand requires.

Room requests and checkout requests must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the time and date of requested use.  As our classes have first priority, as semesters change, room requests should be reevaluated.  Therefore, you MUST renew your room request each semester.  Rooms requested from January 1 to May 31 will expire May 31.  Rooms requested from June 1 through July 31 will expire July 31.  Rooms requested from August 1 through December 31 will expire December 31.
