Advanced Community Pharmacy Experiences
Description of Grades
Students will be graded by the College of Pharmacy faculty members and the preceptor based on the rotation Goals and Objectives. Whenever possible, deficiencies are to be discussed (ideally mid-way through the rotation) with the student and every effort made to correct them before a student completes the assigned experience. The student and preceptor should both complete a mid-rotation evaluation.
The student’s final grade will be determined by:

UAMS faculty (based on completion of the requirements of the experience) |

Onsite pharmacist preceptor |
Letter Grades will correlate to numerical grades for the final percentage grade tally for each student as follows.

The mid-point and final grading should be done online using the grading rubric.
