Family Day

More than 100 students and their families attended the College’s second Family Day on Saturday, August 14, following the annual White Coat Ceremony held on Friday night. The bi-annual event is sponsored by the Parents Club and hosted by Kappa Epsilon.

Dean Stephanie F. Gardner and Rick Rowe, Parents Club chair, welcomed the attendees during the opening session. Attendees toured the College and visited with students representing their organizations. Faculty members offered tours of laboratories, Dean’s Suite, and the Clinical Skills center. They held a question and answer session to conclude the tours. The morning ended with a photo slide show of Parents Club activities from the previous academic year, and closing remarks from Rowe.
