2009 Ceremony
Information
The ceremony will begin at
3:00 p.m., however, students, faculty and participants
should arrive no later than 2:00. Students
should go to Barton Coliseum and report
to the registrar of their college
for instructions on assembling for the student line of
march.
Student Line of March
Students will line up starting at Section "P" on the east concourse of the coliseum,
forming two lines which extend through the entire concourse, ending at
Section "Z." The order of the student line-up is:
LEFT LINE RIGHT LINE
Medicine Graduate School
Health Related Professions Pharmacy
Public Health
Nursing
Students should go to the east side of the coliseum and look for signs indicating the
appropriate college. College staff will be on hand to form each student line of march.

Faculty Line of March
Stage and faculty participants
should go to the Farm and Ranch Building
adjacent to the coliseum.

Commencement staff will be
on hand to answer any questions
and to form the marching order.

Roles of Marshals, Diploma Assistants and Announcers
Marshals Meeting
- The annual Marshals Meeting will be held Wednesday, May 13,
2009, from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m.
in Ed II G/137. This meeting provides a review of ceremony
proceedings and roles of various
participants. Faculty marshals, diploma assistants,
announcers, ramp marshals
and other interested persons are invited to attend.
