College of Medicine
Student Financial Aid
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine takes great
pride in offering a high quality education at a price that remains well below
the national average for tuition charges at United States medical schools.
However, though our cost may be below national averages, we understand that to
the individual considering financing four years of medical school, cost is an
enormous consideration. The College of Medicine's Student Financial Aid Office is committed to
helping our students obtain the financial assistance needed to fulfill their
desires to become doctors.
All students enrolled in the UAMS College of Medicine are eligible to apply for
financial aid. We assist approximately 90% of our current students with
some type of financial aid. If you do not find the information you
need on this site, please contact our office.
Our Financial Aid Office is located in the College of Medicine Dean's Area on
the first floor of the central building (the old hospital building). Our office hours are Monday
through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. Please feel free to call, email, or stop
by our office if you have any questions. |
