THE CME ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The purpose of the CME Advisory Committee is to provide guidance and strategic leadership to the UAMS OCME in managing the University of Arkansas College of Medicin'es overall CME program.  The members serve as departmental representatives, CME liaisons and as CME advocates within the COM and medical community.

The members include COM faculty and health professionals from other institutional units who are involved in medical education and have a particular interest in CME.  Members are appointed annually by the Dean of the College of Medicine and serve indefinitely.  The committee meets on a quarterly basis.
