The Molecular Diagnostics laboratory utilizes molecular based testing to enhance and support the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences goals of education, research, and patient care.  Molecular Diagnostics currently performs assays using PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and FISH (Fluorescent in Situ Hybridzation) methodologies.
