Conceived and initiated the History of Ultrasound Web site on OBGYN.net in collaboration with the SDMS, and coined the term "Polybiography" to describe the unique use of the Internet for historical purposes. 4. Other contributions that are of value to colleagues and the profession.

Served on the SDMS Board and chaired the Advanced Practice Sonographer Task Force (APS). As a part of the APS development I realized that the US Department of Labor's Occupation Outlook Handbook (OOH) defined Sonography as a sub-set of Radiologic Technology; and I established communications with the OOH editorial staff which will result in the final separation of Sonography from Radiologic Technology in the next edition of the OOH. Chaired the first SDMS Information Technologies Committee.

Initiated and served as the Program Director for two accredited (CAAHEP/JRC-DMS) programs: Austin Community College DMS Program, 1989-1994; and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences DMS Program, 1996-Current.
