Graduation Requirements In order to be eligible for graduation, students must complete all required course work and hold at least one of the following credentials (as appropriate for the student’s work situation)*: 1. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Provider Certification (American Heart Association). Submit a notarized copy of evidence demonstrating certification on the date of graduation. 2. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Provider Certification (American Heart Association). Submit a notarized copy of evidence demonstrating certification on the date of graduation. 3. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Provider Certification. Submit a notarized copy of evidence demonstrating certification on the date of graduation. 4. AE-C (Certified Asthma Educator). Submit a notarized copy of evidence demonstrating certification on the date of graduation.

*Appropriate substitutions are possible. Recommendations for substitutions should be made, in writing, to the student’s advisor prior to the final semester of the program. Advisors should subsequently submit their recommendations to the Chairman by the date of registration for the final semester. | |
