Program Outcomes
The College of Health
Professions at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
enrolled its first group of students into its nuclear medicine distance
education program in August of 1998. Since that time, we have enrolled
435 students in the program, of which, 363 completed all graduation
requirements (83% graduation rate) and received their Bachelor of
Science degree. Of our graduates, 99% passed the National Board Exam (NMTCB
– Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) on the first attempt.
