Students do not purchase any textbooks for the cancer registry courses of HIM 1202, HIM 2202, and HIM 2306. Textbooks for these courses are loaned to students by the Health Information Management department.  The books must be signed out with a promissory note indicating that if any book is damaged beyond repair or lost, the student must pay to replace the book
