CPT Coding Click here for a printable course registration form. This course is designed for individuals involved with coding, billing and abstraction of medical records. Course: The course will meet for ten (10) weeks for two (2) hours per session. Classes will meet in CHRP Building 4, Room G.03 at UAMS. Instructor: Karen Smith, RHIA, CPC Materials/Supplies: Students must have access to a current CPT textbook and Workbook. The books, which can be purchased from the UAMS Bookstore (501-686-5497), are kept behind the counter. Just request the continuing education coding class books.
