Basic Online Medical Terminology (10 CE Hours)
5-weeks of a 2-hour session
introducing individuals to the language of medicine with emphasis
placed on terminology of all anatomical body systems, roots or
words, suffixes and prefixes, and medical abbreviations.

| Anatomy &
Physiology (24 CE Hours)
2-hour sessions for 12-weeks in an
anatomy course to improve entry level skills for persons who are
currently employed or those who desire employment in the healthcare
field. Instructor: Dr. Kathy Trawick, RHIA

ICD-9 Coding (20 CE Hours)
This 2-hour per week session,
10-week course will cover ICD-9 coding by body system and is
designed for individuals involved with the coding, billing, and
abstraction of medical records. Instructor: Karen Smith, RHIA, CPC

CPT Coding (20 CE Hours)
This 2-hour per week session,
10-week course will cover CPT Physician coding by specialty and
will include E/M coding. It is designed for individuals involved
with the coding, billing, and abstraction of medical records.
