M.S.C.N.: Transfer Credits

A combined maximum of twelve (12) semester credits of course work may be transferred from the UAMS/CAVHS dietetic internship.  Official transcripts must be sent to the UAMS Graduate School offices.  To request official transcripts be sent from the CHRP Registrar's office for credit hours earned in the UAMS/CAVHS Dietetic Internship Program, to the UAMS Graduate School, you must fill out an official Transcript Request form.  Please follow instructions on form to complete this transfer.  For all other admission requirements please see the UAMS Graduate School's website section for Prospective Students.

A maximum of six (6) semester credits from other accredited dietetic internship programs and universities may be transferred.  Official transcripts from each university attended must be submitted to the UAMS Graduate School.  Transcripts must be sent directly from the undergraduate institution's Registrar to the UAMS Graduate School's offices to be considered official.  Please contact each of your undergraduate school's Registrar offices to obtain instructions for requesting official transcripts.  For all other admission requirements please see the UAMS Graduate School's website section for Prospective Students.
