Associate/Assistant Program
Director and Tenure Track Faculty Vacancies
The
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is
seeking team-oriented individuals to fill two tenure
track faculty positions in our B.S. degree respiratory
care program.
The individuals must have the ability to work
productively and collaboratively with the program
director/chair, faculty, staff and students in this
established, well regarded two-track distance education
program with two satellite sites and an
Internet-based/independent study degree completion
program.
Responsibilities also include teaching, service and
scholarly activity.
Minimum
qualifications include a Master’s degree (Doctoral
degree preferred), RRT credential, three (3) years of
experience teaching in a CoARC accredited program or
hospital setting and eligibility for licensure in the
state of Arkansas.
Evaluation
of applicants will begin immediately and will continue
until the positions are filled.
