Pregnant and Depressed?
| Having a baby can be a wonderful experience. But it's not so
wonderful if you're unhappy and suffering from depression. Sure,
everyone gets a little blue every now and then. We're talking
about clinical depression. The kind of depression that goes on
and on.
If you suffer from the following symptoms for longer than two weeks,
you need to see your doctor or heath care provider.

|
|
· Sadness
· Feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness
· Difficulty sleeping or excessive sleeping
· Guilt
· Loss of appetite
· Irritability
· Fatigue
· Thoughts about death and suicide
Don't let anyone tell you that is normal.
