When can I view my baby?
You may view your baby twice a day for 15 minutes each time during the
hours of 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and 8 p.m.-10 p.m.
Who do I call when I want to view my baby?
You call the ANGELS Call Center at (866) 273-3835. Only the
mother and father will be allowed to call and activate the
camera.
If I am unable to view my baby when I call because he/she is
undergoing a procedure, when will I be able to view again?
If you are unable to view your baby when you call, the ANGELS Call
Center will let you know
when to call back.
If I have specific questions about my baby’s condition, who
can I call?
You can call the nursery directly and ask to speak to your
baby’s nurse.
If I need technical help or if I want to know if my computer
is set up to view my baby, who can I call? You can call the
ANGELS Call Center at (866) 273-3835, and someone in the center
can connect you
with the appropriate person.
If I want to stop participating in the ANGEL eye program,
what do I do?
Call the ANGELS Call Center at (866) 273-3835 and inform them of
your decision.
