Instructions on how to access the webcam:
Step one
Go to the Web site address and enter passwords. You will have to
set up specific security settings on your computer to view the baby;
this will be a one-time-only setup.
Click here to view changes you will need to make on your home
computer after you open your Internet connection.
The same instructions are available for you to print out if you
would prefer to do so.
Minimum requirements on your computer to view are: Microsoft
Windows 98SE/ME/2000XP, Internet Explorer 5 or higher, 1 GHz or
faster processor, 128MB Ram, and DSL or Cable modem preferred.
Step two
Call the ANGELS Call Center at (866) 273-3835 during the designated
times and request activation of camera.
Times designated are daily from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and
8 p.m.-
10 p.m. You may access the camera twice a day for 15
minutes each time.
Step three
Call the ANGELS Call Center at (866) 273-3835 for technical help;
someone at the center will connect you with the IT personnel.
Step four
Call the nursery social worker for other assistance
at
