Appointments

We try to see patients in a timely manner.  To help us do this, we see patients by appointment or as work-ins (when necessary).  Please call our receptionist and schedule a time for you to see your doctor.

 To give you better service, please tell the receptionist the reason for your visit.  We can then schedule enough time for you to be given a good evaluation.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call so we may allow someone else to be seen during that time.

Office Hours

The AHEC Family Medical Center sees patients from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.

After hours and emergencies

Many emergencies can be cared for within the Family Medical Center.  If you develop an emergency during regular office hours, please call the clinic (479-785-2431) for assistance and instructions regarding treatment.

 If an emergency develops after clinic hours, the physician on call may be reached by dialing the AHEC answering service number (479-441-5877).  One of our doctors will return your call as soon as possible.
